Purchases and credits

Include your app version, device platform, the product you purchased, and the store order identifier if available. Describe whether the purchase completed and what the app displays. Never include passwords or payment card details.

Use Restore Purchases in the app for eligible subscriptions or entitlements. Cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; uninstalling the app does not cancel it. Purchase refunds are handled through the relevant store.

Generations and content reports

Describe the affected creation, error, and approximate time. If a result is harmful or inappropriate, use the in-app report control so our service receives the relevant content and context.

Request deletion of Viral Shots data

To ask Chic Apps to delete data collected through Viral Shots, email chic.message@gmail.com with the subject Viral Shots data deletion. Describe the creations, uploads, prompts, reports, or other records you want removed and their approximate dates. For purchase-related records, include the store order identifier if available. Do not send passwords or payment card details. We may request additional information to locate your records and verify the request.

You can request deletion of specific data without deleting everything associated with your app installation. Local creations and history must also be removed using the app's delete controls; exported media must be deleted separately from your photo library or the destination app. Use Settings → AI data sharing to withdraw consent for future AI processing.

Transaction and credit records needed to reconcile purchases, pending generations, or refunds, and records needed to investigate abuse or meet recordkeeping obligations may be retained. These records have no single automatic expiration period; we review any necessary retention when handling your request and explain which records must remain and why. Copies and logs held by AI providers follow their own retention practices, so a local deletion cannot automatically erase them.
