Terms of Use

These terms describe the use of Viral Shots, provided by Chic Apps. Questions can be sent to chic.message@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy describes the processing of your information. For the iOS app, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Your content and AI results

Submit only content you have permission to use and process. You remain responsible for your photos, videos, prompts, reference material, and use of results. You authorize the processing needed to provide the feature you request, subject to the app's AI sharing consent.

AI results may contain mistakes, distortions, inappropriate content, or similarities to existing works or people. Results are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights. Check them before publishing or relying on them. These terms do not transfer rights that neither you nor Chic Apps holds.

Acceptable use and reporting

Do not use Viral Shots for illegal activity; sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; harassment, hate, or threats; fraudulent impersonation; or infringement of another person's privacy or intellectual property. Do not bypass safety controls, fabricate transactions or credits, or interfere with the service.

Use the in-app report control to report a harmful or inappropriate result. You can also contact support about content or rights concerns. We may restrict a feature or access when necessary to investigate abuse, protect others, or comply with applicable requirements.

Credits, subscriptions, and store payments

The app shows the credit cost before generation and the price, billing period, and included benefits before a purchase. Credits are used for eligible AI features and have no cash value. Purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Any offered trial and its conversion to a paid subscription are described on the purchase screen.

Subscriptions renew according to the terms displayed by your store unless cancelled in that store's subscription settings. Cancel before the store's stated renewal deadline to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling Viral Shots or deleting a creation does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases can restore eligible store entitlements; already spent consumable credits cannot be restored as a new purchase.

For a failed generation or missing purchase delivery, contact support with the relevant details. Generation refunds are reconciled against the actual job and charge. Store purchase refunds are subject to the store's process and applicable consumer rights. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer protections.

Availability and changes

AI features depend on network access and third-party services. A feature may be unavailable, delayed, or subject to model restrictions. We may change available effects, models, credit costs, or app features; the current cost is shown before you submit. Keep exported copies of creations you want to retain because in-app and provider-hosted media are not permanent storage.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the version. Contact us if you need help understanding a change or resolving a problem.
